To support social skills, the team at Connected Hearts have created Connected Kids which is a small therapeutic group program, tailored to your child/young person’s developmental stage. In our comfortable, natural and warm environment our qualified developmental clinicians create play-based, interest-led clinically-informed activities to foster social experiences and connections to promote and encourage social confidence and awareness.
Individual Therapy
At Connected Hearts, our individual therapy services are designed to provide holistic support as we collaborate with families and other providers to ensure positive outcomes for your child. Central to this approach is the use of DIRFloortime®, a relational play-therapy that supports social and emotional literacy. Other therapeutic modalities include mentalisation-based therapy. Our team have extensive experience and this allows them to provide comprehensive care and guidance throughout the therapeutic journey.
